Hi gorgeous! I'm so glad you're here! My name's Caitlyn, and I'm the owner and founder behind my brand Kaleidoscope Kulture. Some of you guys who have been around here for a little while might remember me for my former name, Rainbow Rave Hats, and wonder why I decided to change things.
Well, lemme tell ya.
I started my business back in 2021 with an initial goal in mind of specializing in the rave and festival space. While I do still very much love those communities (especially as a raver and festival goer myself), I decided I wanted to think even bigger with my brand and expand my horizons towards ALL the communities and people that inspire me daily.
Ravers. Festival Goers. Burners. Drag Artists. Cosplayers. DJs. Instrumentalists. The Ballroom Community. Voguers. Dancers. I want to work with them ALL, honey! And so, here we are. ⭐
Being a part of Kaleidoscope Kulture means living a life that radiates with authenticity and not being afraid to show off exactly who you were meant to be. There is NO such thing as, "Well, I couldn't pull that off.", here!

We are a space that actively supports and advocates for marginalized groups of all kinds. Not because it's trendy, but because it's right. Because these spaces I am lucky enough to work with would not BE here without marginalized groups. There's no racism, homophobia, transphobia, misogyny, or ableism here, girl. Point blank period!

Kaleidoscope Kulture FAQs
How do I place an order for a custom hat or pair of sunglasses?
If you would like to put in a custom order request, be sure to visit my Custom Order Form and Policies page and fill out the form to be contacted. Pricing will depend upon the design elements requested and estimated amount of time it will take to make your hat/sunglasses, but a nonrefundable deposit will be required during the consultation of your design to confirm your spot. Shipping will also vary on location and how quickly you need your order.

How long do custom and made to order items take to be made?
Expect them to take at LEAST 6-8 weeks to be processed, possibly longer depending upon how early you place your order before your event, how many other orders I have, etc. If you need a made to order item quicker than that, contact us before placing your order and be prepared to pay an additional $50 rush fee.

I need a custom hat/pair of sunglasses in time for a festival/event. Can you make that happen?
Absolutely! When you put in a custom order request, be sure to put the name of the event and date(s), but please keep in mind my typical processing time is at least 6-8 weeks.

I have a last minute festival/event that I need a custom hat for! Is that something you can help with?
I very rarely do rush orders due to the usual time that it takes for me to complete them. However, if I do find myself able to complete a custom order within a week or two of an event or past a festival deadline, a rush fee will be required, on top of additional shipping charges to ensure it gets to you on time. If you are wanting a rush custom order, feel free to fill out a custom order request that includes the date you will need your order by to see if I am able to complete it. Never hurts to try!

How long does an order take to be delivered once it's been shipped?
On average, standard shipping for orders in the US takes about 3-7 days for your hat to be delivered. Express shipping takes about 2-5 days, and next day shipping takes about 1-2 days for the hat to be delivered. For orders outside of the US, expect them to take anywhere between 3-14 days. Keep in mind all orders are shipped from Colorado, USA.

How does sizing for your captain's hats work?
Our hats are one size fits most (if you want to get technical they have a circumference of about 59-60 cm). However, I am more than happy to accommodate for other sizes in different ways. If you have additional needs/questions regarding sizing, feel free to contact me!

How does sizing for your cowboy hats work?
Our standard cowboy hats have a 23" circumference, which will fit between a standard 7 1/4 to 7 3/8 hat size. However, I am more than happy to accommodate for other sizes in different ways. If you have additional needs/questions regarding sizing, feel free to contact me!

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! You can use Afterpay or Shop Pay for any items currently available in my shop, or for custom orders once the final payment is available.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Rainbow Rave Hats does not allow exchanges. Returns, refunds, or partial refunds are allowed on a case by case basis if certain problems arise. If you have any problems with your order, please contact us and we will do everything we can to make things right!
